It has been quite a "peachy" week. Early in the week Nolan and I put up 7 quarts and I made a deep-dish peach pie. A day later we put up another 14 quarts of peaches. Then on Friday, Deanna and I put up 12 pints and 4 quarts of peaches for her. On Saturday Deanna helped me with the first 7 quarts, then I did 14 more on my own. (Nolan was putting rock on the basement wall & it is looking fantastic!) We now have peaches stored for winter - Yum!
