Sonnet 20-1-18-4-9-19

Shall I ever know thee, thou truest name?
Thou Lord of Time and Son of Galifrey,
By thy title Doctor, all laud your fame;
Champion of worlds and bringer of day.

Last of thy kind thou travel time and space
With Rose, Martha, Donna, companions three.
Ever to fight and save the human race,
Quoth thee to Will, “To be or not to be”

And taught Shakespeare the power of the pen.
But though timeless thou be, death marketh all.
Thou fought the Master, Daleks, Cybermen;
When the Dalek fired, ‘twas your downfall.
When in death’s grip you wander, my heart aches;
Though joy returns when you regenerate.

Fun Fact: The sonnet number is a simple alpha-numeric cipher that spells out TARDIS.

Coming into the 21st Century

I have arrived in the 21st century and am blogging and am armed with a fully loaded ipod! Who knew such a tiny little thing could hold so many fun movies! Thanks to Mike for squishing those numerous movies so they fit. :) I'm not sure what to blog about first so I'll begin with some fun poems. Hang on to your hats boys and girls!

Mom's Theatre Mural

So who would have thought Dad would agree to this version. Seriously. We didn't think he would pick sunflowers over rolling hills of Ireland or a quaint autumn lane.
Now all we need is Paint for the walls. I've already drawn the design on the walls, so we had to move the couches behind one another and this has got dad open to the idea of stadium seating in the theatre. Cross your fingers!!!

shoe polish

I actually have been meaning to polish my shoes for months and I finally got around to it! Doesn't it make a huge difference?? I did one of Mike's pair too. They look a lot better. So thanks mom for the polish!

Chocolate Chip Vacuums

Dillon and Owen dumped out their chocolate chips they had for a treat on the table and sucked them right up. They thought it was hillarious and so did I!
